Renting property going forward from 2025 will, for many Landlords, be uncharted territory where some will be faced with  having to decide whether to carry on in the property rental market due to greatly increased costs and a higher level of legislation.

Should you need help in deciding if you should stay in the market, we can discuss the overall circumstances of your portfolio in order that you may make a more informed decision. Should you wish to divest yourself of a property, we can manage the removal of Tenants and sell your property for you.

If, on the other hand, you are staying in the letting market and you would consider coming to us we can make you a very simple offer. We will charge a flat fee of 10% of the monthly rental value for properties valued under £800,000 or 8% of the monthly rental value for properties  valued over that amount.
