Our Policy with regard to your privacy is quite simple.

At no time will we discuss your dealings with us with another third party unless compelled to do so by an English Court of Law. You can expect absolute privacy with us and, if  you require, we can operate as your Proxy in all matters legal and administrative.

Whilst we will provide you with our best advice and attention during your dealings with us and your primary contract with us is subject to English Law. You have, at all times, the right to protection under the Consumer Rights Act.

However, you should make sure that you are legally protected and we welcome any interaction with a Solicitor of your choice who's job will be to confirm your rights are protected and all contractual arrangements with us are in order.
