Unlike High Street Agents whom, for the most part have little or no hands-on practical experience in this field we look at your property from a technical viewpoint.

Of course, we are  concerned at how your property looks but, more importantly, we consider how it is made and how well it and everything in it is put together. 

This is why our initial report is so important for you because we can see issues and potential problems before they manifest themselves and become much more expensive to fix.

Going forward, there is nothing on, in or under your property which we cannot deal with should a problem arise.

There are no charges for callout 24/7 (subject to your contract with us) and our labour rate is set at £75.00 per hour or part thereof subject to the application of your monthly credit.
