You then have the option to disconnect from our services or retain us for maintenance and a concierge services and, as a separate service, manage the property as a holiday rental for you and place the income, subject to fees, in your nominated account. If your circumstances change, we can also dispose of your asset for you. You need never worry about any administrative, management, legal or maintenance issue regarding your property as we can deal with everything on your behalf.
